WHAT THIS INITIATIVE IS :
Too many girls walk into puberty alone — with confusion, misinformation, and shame instead of knowledge.
Growing Strong Girls changes that. We distribute the Smart Sindara Puberty & Confidence Guide to girls through schools, community groups, clinics, and trusted women-led spaces — helping them understand their bodies, build confidence, and grow up without fear or silence.
